On Sunday, 12/23/1440 A.H., the Bankruptcy Commission conducted an information session to increases the awareness about the new Bankruptcy Law and its Implementing Regulations for the members of the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) in its main office in Riyadh.
The meeting was attended by representatives of Monsha’at and employees from business support centers. Nasser bin Ali Alshaye, the speaker from the Bankruptcy Commission, spoke about the Commission’s role in reinforcing the Bankruptcy Law in order to achieve confidence and transparency in bankruptcy procedures. He also introduced the new Law to Monsha’at’s members and pointed out its seven Procedures, benefits, and the way to guide beneficiaries and small business entrepreneurs through its different filing procedures.
This meeting is one of the Commission’s initiatives to increase awareness about the new Law, particularly among sectors that contribute to its implementation.
