Al-Haddab is the undersecretary of Ministry of Commerce's Policies and Regulations Affairs, he previously served as a legal advisor and assistant deputy minister at the Deputy Ministry of Regulations and Laws Affairs. In addition, he was a legal advisor at the General Secretariat of Council of Ministers, and the Director of the Legislative Study Group at Abdulaziz Al Qasim's Office in collaboration with Allen & Overy.
Al-Haddab was a member in numerous judicial committees and boards, the most notable ones are his role as a member in the Appeal Committee for Resolution of Securities Disputes, the Board of Directors of the Saudi Bar Association, the General Commission for Audiovisual Media, and the General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage.
He holds a master's degree in business law from the University of Hull in the United Kingdom, and a bachelor's degree in law from King Saud University. He has managed to publish many studies and articles in scientific journals.
